The Investigating Officer (IO) shall focus on:

  3. Identification of persons involved in illegal excavation, transportation, storage, and sale.

  4. Seizure of vehicles, machinery, and illegally transported material.

  5. Collection of documentary, scientific, and electronic evidence.

  6. Conducting a professional, lawful, and qualitative investigation.

XI. INVESTIGATION OF ORGANIZED NETWORK

The IO shall verify:
